  • Central Fishponds is a local centre‑led regeneration area, with a focus on revitalising the high street, improving public spaces and supporting housing delivery close to everyday services. Regeneration proposals support around 650 new homes, alongside public realm investment and better connections for walking, cycling and public transport, helping to reinforce Fishponds as a vibrant and accessible district centre for East Bristol.
